Kids Euro Festival: Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria presents Baba Marta’s Yarn

From Bulgaria comes Baba Marta’s Yarn, where the audience will hear a traditional Bulgarian folktale told with puppets and props made of yarn. Master storyteller Julia Tasheva spins an ancient legend about welcoming the coming of spring with two of Bulgaria’s most famous martenitsi dolls, Pizho and Penda, while sharing their message of friendship, health, and happiness. 

Presented in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria.
