Katelyn Prominski (Corps de ballet), of Washington, D.C., trained with The Washington School of Ballet and San Francisco Ballet School. Katelyn danced professionally with Boston Ballet from 2004-2008 and the Pennsylvania Ballet from 2008-2011. She was featured in Mauro Bigonzetti's Kazimir's Colours, Twyla Tharp's Push Comes to Shove, Hans van Manen's Five Tangos, Robert Weiss' Octet, Peter Martins' Fearful Symmetries, Jorma Elo's Carmen, Mark Morris's Up Down, and Helen Pickett's Eventide; lead roles in Balanchine ballets include Slaughter on Tenth Avenue, The Four Temperaments, La Valse, and Mozartiana, among others. Katelyn joined The Suzanne Farrell Ballet in 2002 and performed in the Company's revival of Balanchine's Don Quixote in 2005 and 2006. She is thrilled to return this season after a four year absence.
