Join us for a program of cultural exploration based in our universal enjoyment of food. Participants meet at the Kennedy Center Hall of States entrance to be shuttled to a cultural center or ambassador's residence. These culinary sessions during the festival introduce participants to the traditions, cultures, and environments that have shaped the culinary evolution of their respective countries. Participants then enjoy a dinner specially prepared by distinguished chefs.

Chef Rive Pérez-Castro is the executive chef of the Embassy of Spain in Washington DC. He was born in Burgos, Spain in 1967.
