Cellist Zlatomir Fung has already established his charismatic presence as soloist with orchestras including the Boston Pops, the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra, the Grand Rapids Symphony, and the New England Philharmonic. In addition to winning the 2017 Young Concert Artists International Auditions, Mr. Fung won First Prize in four other major competitions: The George Enescu International Cello Competition, the Johansen International Competition, the Stulberg International String Competition, and the Irving Klein International Competition. Outside of music, he enjoys cinema, reads philosophy, and plays chess competitively.
