Prizes

The prize(s) to be awarded are as described in the contest description. No cash or other substitution permitted, except by the Kennedy Center, which reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. No assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted. All taxes and all other expenses, costs or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize, including, but not limited to, transportation, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize cannot be transferred by winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the product or service detailed in the contest description. In the event the contest is terminated before all prizes are awarded or if any prize is forfeited or unclaimed, the Kennedy Center will randomly select from remaining eligible entries an alternate winner for all remaining prize elements, which may be substituted with a similar prize of equal or greater value at Kennedy Center's sole discretion.

Selection of Winner and Eligibility

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Marketing Department of the Kennedy Center from all eligible entries on or about the date indicated in the contest description, and will be notified via the email address or telephone number provided in the entry form within 14 days of the drawing. By entering the contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the contest description, these Contest Rules, or the contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Contest Rules, the contest description and by all decisions of Kennedy Center, whose decisions are binding and final. Each prize winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity within 14 calendar days of notification. If applicable, Winner's companions may be required to complete a liability and publicity release which must be returned with each winner's affidavit of eligibility and liability release, or the prize will be forfeited and alternate winner selected. If the winner's guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must complete the release on the guest's behalf.

If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if winner is unable to be reached after the earlier of two weeks from the date of notification or one week prior to the applicable event, or if winner is unable accept the prize offered, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these Contest Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries based on the above stated criteria.
