A non-profit organization founded in 2014, Semilla Cultural is dedicated to preserving and disseminating Puerto Rican traditional arts, more specifically, the interactive music genre of bomba. Bomba is a conversation between a dancer and a drummer, in which the drummer simultaneously interprets the improvised dancer’s movements in the drum. Free dance lesson at 5 p.m. Performance at 6 p.m.
