Artist Sheldon Scott brings SHELDON FOR D.C., a public art event that revolves around the campaign of “Sheldon”—played by a half-dozen actors—who is running to become D.C.’s first “Minister of Culture.” This performance supports his platform supporting D.C. arts & culture. Free 5 p.m. hand dancing lesson and free 5:30 p.m. conga drumming lesson.
