Visit the Kennedy Center

The Kennedy Center is the nation’s busiest performing arts center. In a typical year, we host upwards of 2,000 events. But we’re much more than a collection of theaters. Plan your own type of visit to this must-see in DC.

Here's What's Open

Victura Park Wine Garden and Café

Enjoy a snack overlooking the Potomac or spread out a blanket on the grass with a glass of wine. Open Wednesday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–9 p.m. (Please note Victura Park will be closed for the winter from Dec. 20, 2021 through Mar. 1, 2022.)

NEW! John F. Kennedy Statue on the REACH Campus

In a further expression of admiration for its namesake, the Kennedy Center unveiled a new artwork featuring the likeness of President John F. Kennedy on December 4, 2021. This life-size sculpture designed by StudioEIS, a Brooklyn-based 3D design and fabrication studio known for creating strikingly realistic bronze works, is located within the lower gardens of the REACH and complements the campus’s sculptural pieces by Joel Shapiro, Deborah Butterfield, and Roy Lichtenstein located nearby.
