For her work on Frozen, Lee received numerous awards, including a Golden Globe, a Critics Choice Award, a BAFTA Award, and an Academy Award. Lee is Disney Animation’s chief creative officer, overseeing all feature length, short form, and streaming content created at the Studio including the films Encanto, Raya and the Last Dragon, and the 2023 feature Wish (for which she is also one of the writers).
