A graduate from the dance department at the Wuhan Conservatory of Music in China, Wen Qin has been teaching Chinese dance for ten years to students with a variety of ages and dance backgrounds. Some of her students have gone on to win awards and perform professionally in China and internationally. Wen specializes in traditional Chinese dance and has extensive knowledge of the techniques in various styles of dance. She incorporates different cultural components into her teaching style when teaching her students. She also believes that dance is a way of expressing emotions and telling a story. She encourages her students to find their own unique voice and style and to always strive for self-improvement.
