After making history as the first DJ and hip hop artist to headline and sell out the Kennedy Center Opera House, legendary artist, DJ, photographer, and Kennedy Center Hip Hop Culture Council Member D-Nice returns to the Center for a three-day celebration of music, life, love, laughter, and community with the Club Quarantine Live Residency.
As a revolutionary virtual club that safely brought millions together to experience community amid global isolation during the pandemic, Club Quarantine will come offline again for a special weekend residency encompassing three exciting programs—the CQ Live Comedy Showcase, featuring the very best in comedy; the headlining creative black tie affair Club Quarantine Live with D-Nice, featuring special guests and Igmar Thomas’ Revive Orchestra; and CQ Live Praise & Worship, featuring musical titans and rising stars in gospel music.
Each event features all-star special guests. For the CQ Live Comedy Showcase, guests include Chris Spencer, Flex Alexander, Gina Yashere, Michael Che, Sherri Shepherd, and Zainab Johnson.
